So what happens in an online language lesson?
- I
will usually email you with some learning materials you can prepare for
the lesson
- In the lesson, we will spend time practicing reading skills, conversations, role plays and also grammar exercises
- We are free from any set curriculum, which makes the classes flexible. Usually we select a topic together with my student and work on several texts, videos and exercises about it
Can you train me for the Goethe Zertifikat, IELTS or Toefl?
- Yes, I am experienced with IELTS as I prepared for this test and passed it at 9.0 myself, and have also worked towards it with students from around the world.
- I am currently working with students towards different levels of Goethe, from A1 to C1, and should have my first successful student in December 2013!

What do I need for a lesson on Skype, Google Hangouts or FaceTime?
For online language lessons, you will need
- a computer with a webcam
- and a microphone.
Or you can just use your iPad or Android tablet.
As part of your free consult we'll check this all works so you don't have to worry about wasting your money.
We'll
use software that is free to access for my students, such as Google+ or
Skype. This way, we can take advantage of sharing documents, typing
words and notes and even looking at videos and websites together.
